Number of recruitment needs:
2020 - 2021: 7 resident doctors (Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, RHM, training room)
Year 2021 - 2023: 10 resident doctors
Policy:
Basic salary according to the school's salary regulations.
Income from TA, CI, lecturers.
Income from medical examination.
Support for traveling and business trips according to the school's regulations
Support 50% of the cost of further training and support for meals and accommodation according to the school's regulations
100% support for professional training costs in the US or advanced countries and basic salary.
If living outside the province (other than QN-DN), the house will be supported with a fixed rate of 2 million / month.
