Dear Instructors of Every Course, Doctors at Phan Chau Trinh University, Research Centers, and the Deep Medicine Unit Center,

First of all, I would like to extend my warmest greetings and deepest gratitude to all esteemed teachers, doctors, and researchers who are dedicating themselves to the fields of education and medicine at PCTU. Together, we are building a learning and research environment that not only imparts knowledge but also ignites a creative passion and desire for change in each student.

At PCTU, we hope students will not only absorb knowledge but also thrive within an innovative ecosystem. This is a place where they can explore, transform existing ideas, and create new value to benefit the community. We aim to train students not only to become doctors and scientists but also pioneers and entrepreneurs, nurturing a continuous spirit of innovation.

In the current training program at PCTU, completing a graduation thesis is one of the requirements for meeting graduation criteria. This is not only an academic milestone but also an opportunity for students to familiarize themselves with scientific research, explore and expand practical ideas, and demonstrate their creative potential and critical thinking. With collaboration from instructors and doctors, we believe that every research topic and thesis will serve as a solid stepping stone, helping students to continually improve and grow.

I call for the collaboration and support of all of you in guiding and inspiring the younger generation.
