At the ceremony for awarding residence admission certificates to medical students in 2023, which is taking place this afternoon on October 21, seven sixth-year medical students from Phan Chau Trinh University received honorary certificates from the school's training council. These outstanding students will embark on their residency journey at the hospital, where they will gain clinical experience working alongside hospital clinical instructors.
Students admitted to this program will benefit from special priority policies offered by the university, including a 30-40% reduction in tuition fees for the final academic year. While participating in the hospital program, students will be provided with accommodation and have access to the hospital's resources to support their learning, examinations, and patient treatment. They will work as dedicated physicians under the supervision and guidance of assigned instructors.
"It is worth noting that this is the first medical student residency program in Vietnam, and I consider myself fortunate to be one of the students experiencing this program. Although I understand that it won't be easy, with many challenges and a demand for a vast amount of knowledge, working daily with books, patients, and clinical instructors, I believe this is an excellent opportunity for students to learn and enhance their clinical skills, preparing themselves thoroughly before becoming full-fledged physicians," shared Le Vo Thanh Tung.
Congratulations to the students who have achieved well-deserved results through their hard work in the past. This is not only an honor but also a source of motivation for you to set new goals and strive for even higher academic achievements in the journey ahead.
